Note that ICON Health and Fitness (https://www.iconservice.com/parts.html) does all the parts replacement for NordicTrack, 1-800-999-3756. They indicate that product parts for items older than 1998 cannot be purchased online and suggest contacting them by phone. Anyone want to try them and report back to us at this website?
